Question:
Access to the Reseller Server (ASS) fails. Other Internet features work.

Answer:
If you use Windows 7 or older, some security protocols are not installed/activated.

For Windows 7:

• Install all available updates
• In the Windows Internet Options, activate "TLS 1.2" on the "Advanced" page
• Install MicrosoftEasyFix51044.msi and reboot Windows.

Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer supports access with older Windows versions.
