Cancellations
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 28 days before the start of the seminar. Cancellations made between 27 and 8 days before the start of the seminar will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the seminar and non-participation will be charged in full. Cancellations must be made in writing by post or e-mail. It is possible to send a representative of your company.
