Why can't checksum DLLs be loaded (ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND) ?

Answer:
Your system is missing components that are required to load the DLLs.

• Windows 7: Please open the Windows Update window and make sure that ALL updates are installed.
• WinOLS 4.xx: Please install the Microsoft Redistributable x86
• WinOLS 5.xx: Please install the Microsoft Redistributable x64
