Question:
What is a "Patch-Tag-Block" ?

Answer:
The patch tag block is an area in the hexdump where there is space for identifiers like NOREAD, etc. The address is determined by the checksum. Which identifiers/tags are entered there, you can specify in the project properties (section: Communication).

You can add/edit the patch tag block manually in the checksum dialog (F12) in 'Extended view'.
