Question:
How do I solve the driver problem "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND" / "EvcDriver:main: Fail to initialize USB driver"?

Answer:

Attention: For driver problems it is very important, that all currently available Windows patches are installed.

(Note: Usually step 1) & 4) already solve the problem.)

1. Unplug all EVC devices from the computer.
2. Open a Windows command-line with admin rights. (Right-click the icon)
3. Enter:
   bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
   bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
   Note: For 64-Bit system you may need to prefix this with: C:\Windows\Sysnative\
4. Install WinOLS again. Activate "Force driver installation".
